Hey peeps!
A lot of change has happened in the last 6 months for me and to be completely honest it’s been an absolute rollercoaster and I’m not even sure where to start with this update.
I have recently made a difficult decision to take a break from eventing. As many of you know, it is an extremely tough and expensive sport. It takes a lot of time, devotion, sacrifice and lots of up and down emotions which I have been wrapped up in for the best part of 14 years! I’m sure I speak for many young riders out there who are trying to make a living out of horses, it is HARD!
I am really enjoying training and studying to become a secondary P.E teacher and can’t wait to see where this new journey takes me and the challenges which will come with it. I would love to travel more, be able to afford to move out of beautiful Cornwall and do things I haven’t had the time or chance to do!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my extremely supportive family, friends, sponsors and so many other important people.. you are all AMAZING!
I have no idea what the future holds and what is around the corner but I am so excited to see what’s to come and to follow my two very special boys Iceman (Kimi) and Jameson (Jamie) in their new journey’s as well!
